Product Options
Admin or Super User role required to create or edit options.

Substrates
Substrates are the core pricing unit — each line item on a work order is built around a substrate.Creating a Substrate
- Click New Substrate.
- Enter a Name (e.g. “3M Vinyl”, “6mm Coroplast”).
- Select a Pricing Strategy:
- Roll Material — sold by linear foot or square foot from a roll (enter roll width)
- Flat Material — sheet goods with fixed dimensions (enter sheet width and height)
- Fixed Price — flat fee regardless of size
- Select a Pricing Type (how the customer is charged):
- Per square foot
- Per linear foot
- Per item
- Percentage of subtotal
- Enter the cost and sale price.
- Save.
Deleting & Restoring Substrates
Substrates are soft-deleted — they’re hidden from new work orders but preserved on existing ones.- To delete: click the delete icon on the substrate row.
- To restore: toggle the Show Deleted filter and click Restore.
QuickBooks Sync
Substrates can be synced to QuickBooks as service/product items. Click Sync with QuickBooks on the Substrates tab.Laminates
- Click New Laminate.
- Enter a Name and Cost.
- Toggle Applies Both Sides if this laminate is applied to both faces of the substrate.
- Save.
